CANCELATIONS & RESCHEDULE
- Rescheduling can be done if the seats are available and should be done at least 2 x 24 hours before the
travel date, for the regular season and 7 x 24 hours before the travel date for the high season. - Please to providing written notification of the booking cancelation by within at least 2 x 24 hours before the
travel date.
REFUNDS MECHANISM
- Refund requests can be made within a minimum of 3 x 24 hours by submitting a written request to our
reservation via email/whatsapp and including the necessary supporting documents, such as proof of
purchase, order number and reason for the request. - Refund will be process within 7 x 24 hours in working hours.
