A smooth crossing, start to finish
Arrive an hour early
Be at the harbour at least 60 minutes before departure to check in and swap your e-ticket for a boarding ticket.
Luggage included
One main bag plus one cabin bag per person is included. Bring a valid passport or ID that matches the booking name.
Weather happens
Operators may reschedule for sea conditions or safety. If that affects your trip, we help you onto the next available sailing or arrange a refund.

Common questions
Is the e-ticket all I need to board?
Yes. Show the e-ticket (on your phone is fine) at the operator's counter at the harbour. The crew checks you in and exchanges it for your physical boarding ticket before you board.
How early should I get to the port?
Arrive at least one hour before departure. Fast boats leave on time, and check-in and luggage loading take a little while during busy periods.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment is handled by Xendit, Indonesia's leading payment gateway — credit or debit card, bank transfer, QRIS or Alfamart. Your card details never touch our servers.
What happens if my boat is cancelled?
If an operator reschedules or cancels for weather or sea conditions, we'll contact you using the email or WhatsApp on your booking to arrange the next sailing or a refund.
Can I book for my whole group?
Of course. Add every passenger's name and nationality in one booking, and use your own email and WhatsApp as the contact so you receive the e-ticket and any updates.
