These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gilibaliboat.com (the "Site") and the booking of fast boat tickets through it. The Site is operated by Gili Bali Boat ("GiliBaliBoat", "we", "us"). By making a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms on behalf of yourself and all passengers in your booking.

GiliBaliBoat is an online booking platform. We sell fast boat tickets as an agent on behalf of independent, licensed boat operators. The transport itself — the crossing, the vessel, the crew and safety — is provided by the operator you select, under their own operating conditions and the applicable maritime regulations. Your contract of carriage is with that operator; our role is to arrange the booking, take payment and issue your e-ticket.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received in full and we have issued an e-ticket. Your e-ticket is emailed to you and can be re-opened any time from Check my booking. You must present a valid e-ticket at the operator's counter to receive your physical boarding ticket. Please arrive at the departure harbour at least one hour before the scheduled departure time.

All prices are shown and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by our payment gateway, Xendit; we do not store your card or bank details. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we will contact you before proceeding and offer a full refund of any amount paid.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• Passenger names match the identification each passenger will travel with. Operators may refuse boarding if names do not match.
• Your contact email and WhatsApp number are correct, so we can send your e-ticket and any schedule updates.
• Passengers arrive at the harbour at least one hour before departure and comply with the operator's luggage, safety and boarding rules.
• Details of children and infants are entered accurately, as operators may apply age-based rules and pricing.

Fast boat tickets are non-refundable once paid. Because seats are held with the operator on your behalf, we are unable to offer refunds for change of plans, missed departures, late arrival at the harbour, or no-shows.

The exception is set out in Section 7: if the operator cancels your departure, you are entitled to be rescheduled or to request a refund.

Fast boat departures depend on weather, sea and safety conditions. Operators may delay, combine, reschedule or cancel a departure — most often for bad weather, rough seas or safety reasons — and such decisions are outside our control.

If the operator cancels your departure, we will help you reschedule to the next available departure at no extra cost, or — if that does not suit you — you may request a refund of the ticket price for the cancelled leg. Refund requests are processed through the original payment method and may take several business days to appear. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a delay or cancellation (such as connecting transport or accommodation).

As a booking agent, GiliBaliBoat is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or safety of the boat operators, nor for loss, damage, injury or additional expense arising from the carriage itself, which is the responsibility of the operator. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.

The Site, its content, branding and design are owned by or licensed to GiliBaliBoat and may not be copied or reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it. The latest version is always published on this page.
